The new online Help Desk Software by Kayako SupportSuite v3.60.04 will help us better schedule, complete and track Help Desk requests. The "Support Suite" is located at the following address:   The "Support Suite" has a number of useful features:

Before you begin using the software you will need to Register. Please click here to see instructions.

How to use Help Desk application:

  1. Before submitting or viewing tickets you need to Log In (Click for Instructions)

  2. Submit your requests as a help desk ticket (Click for Instructions)

  3. View/Update your submitted help desk ticket(s) (Click for Instructions) 

  4. Save Shortcut to the Help Desk on your Desktop (Click for Instructions)
